This role will lead the creation and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategies within the High Specialty areas at GSK. This role is essential for improving decision-making through data-driven insights and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in data analytics, innovation and automatization pharmaceutical sales processes, and market dynamics to support commercial operations and boost sales force performance.

Responsibilities: This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance YOUR career, the main ones are:

  • Develop and implement data and analytics strategies to achieve commercial goals in pharmaceutical sales and marketing through the design, develop, and implementation of automated/ innovative BI tools (dashboards, reports) to provide relevant information to commercial teams.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reporting systems that track sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and market share.

  • Develop and implement Sales Force Effectiveness strategies to optimize sales force performance through data-driven insights, territory alignment, and resource allocation.

  • Develop and refine incentive models, sales targets, and performance metrics to motivate the sales force and align with business goals and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and resource allocation.

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Support compliance teams in tracking adherence to ethical standards in sales practices and maintain transparency in reporting.

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and sales force effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing BI tools (Power BI) and advanced data analysis techniques.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, territory management, and incentive compensation models.

  • Proficiency in data analytics platforms and CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and driving business transformation through data and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent.
