Logistics and Production Planning Specialist (maternity leave position for 1,5 year):

  • Ensuring timely deliveries of the pharmaceutical products to Ukraine local warehouse, inventory management analysis, to maintain target stock, management and minimization of stock-outs with a goal to keeping and achieving KPIs.
  • Checking, preparing and providing correct documents for customs clearance. Coordination and control of the process of customs clearance.
  • Controlling the budget of import supplies and minimizing logistics costs, as well as optimizing costs for brokerage operations.
  • Controlling and interacting with Trade Compliance to ensure the correctness of import and customs clearance of products. Preparing information for QBR, as well as results, checking the brokerage report from the service provider.
  • Conducting monthly VO (Visual Office) meeting to present all possible risks related to GMP, regulatory changes and other to avoid them in a timely manner.
  • Renewal of contracts with suppliers and additional agreements to the contract in case of price changes.
  • Controlling and planning costs for customs and brokerage services (Cash Flow).
  • Maintaining and controlling the report on transportation costs during import.
  • Involvement in projects and providing expert assessment to the Head of the Logistics and Distribution Department, if necessary.
  • Timely escalation of problems related to temperature deviations, shortages, losses, thefts).
  • Preparing documents for import and supporting the delivery of demonstration samples. Import, acceptance of Reagents and their transfer to the Pharma Center.
  • Making settings in the SAP system when launching new products on the market, optimizing logistics and Supply Chain settings in the system.
  • Uploading and updating the report (Actual Stock) on warehouse balances to inform key stakeholders.
  • Preparing and monitoring monthly reports for accounting/financial operations at the end of the month.
  • Coordination of contracts, SLR (service level requirements) and additional agreements for services (cargo insurance, logistics operations).
  • Preparation of documentation for obtaining an aerosol license from state authorities.
  • Maintaining and submitting reports to state authorities on an annual basis, or as required according to the status of the operator of controlled.
  • Updating SOPs, policies and work instructions for import, transportation of goods.

Basic Requirements:

  • Higher education (logistics, finance, economy, other of technical specialization).
  • Experience in a similar position (at least 3 years), an advantage if in an international pharmaceutical company.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English, written and oral English is mandatory.
  • Confident user of Excel, MS Office applications, Outlook, PC, knowledge of 1C and SAP systems
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, responsibility, diligence.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
