Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Technology/AI discipline with a focus in Omnichannel, Data and Analytics and AI

Other requirements: E.g. must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship / Credit-bearing internship is preferred (SG)

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: June to December

What will you do?

KPI Mapping and Dashboard Creation:

  • Assist in mapping global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the development of a comprehensive Medical Performance Review (MPR) dashboard.

  • Analyse data and generate reports to track and visualize performance metrics.

Digital Fluency Program Support:

  • Provide support in the implementation and promotion of the digital fluency program across the Chief Patient Officer (CPO) organization, including prompting with AI solutions.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources to enhance digital skills.

Presentation Creation:

  • Support with the creation of visually appealing slides and presentations to support various initiatives and meetings.

  • Ensure that presentations are aligned with the organization's branding and communication standards.

Market Feedback Collection:

  • Connect with regional and local market teams to gather feedback on specific processes and initiatives.

  • Compile and analyse feedback to provide actionable insights.

Global Team Interaction:

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in initiatives.

  • Participate in global meetings and provide support as needed.

Project Management:

  • Assist in managing and tracking the progress of various projects and initiatives.

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Prepare and present reports based on data findings.

What will you learn?

  • Analytical and data visualization skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
