For more information, please visit grail.com. The Senior Analyst, FP&A is a key contributor in the Finance organization who helps transform GRAIL’s strategy and long-term vision into financial plans. As a trusted business partner to the Software & IT leaders, this role owns the budget, variance reporting, annual operating plan, and long-range plan work streams specific to these groups. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst supports investment decisions for Software resourcing, IT, SaaS, and other key initiatives through business case analysis to ensure continued success of these functions.
This position will report to the Associate Director, FP&A on a dynamic Finance team with high visibility to senior leaders within Finance as well as senior and executive leaders in the Software & IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, deep understanding of financial concepts to provide guidance to business partners through clear communication.
This is a hybrid role, Tuesdays and Thursdays onsite
The expected full time annual base pay scale for this position is 102-128k. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
