As a SaaS IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the infrastructure and software systems used in delivering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. One of the primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the SaaS platform, supporting both internal teams and external customers.The Automation Engineer aspects of this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline and optimize various IT processes and workflows within the organization. Your expertise in scripting, configuration management, and workflow automation will contribute to improving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing overall productivity. GRAIL uses GSuite, so the Sr. IT Administrator/Automation Engineer, on the IT Engineering team, will lead administration of our GSuite Environment, drive automation efforts there, provide technical leadership and project management around those automation projects. This role will also be involved in general Automation and Information Security projects, engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements and involved in the development, qualification, deployment and support of new systems and capabilities.

The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $131K-$164K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
