Cybersecurity, The BCM team is hiring a cybersecurity analyst with strong Cybersecurity, communication skills, and business acumen.
Cybersecurity Specialist- Business Cybersecurity Management
Key Responsibilities: 1. Cybersecurity Expertise: Bring 5-6 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity domains, policies, controls, processes, and frameworks.
2. Risk Assessment: Apply profound knowledge in risk assessment to identify and manage perceived and emerging deal risks.
3. Incident Management: Manage cybersecurity incidents effectively, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
4. Customer Engagement: Handle RFI, RFP responses, customer queries, and contract reviews proficiently.
5. Policy Management: Oversee the policy exception management process, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
6. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with business units, fostering client relationship management and enhancing customer experience.
7. Information Protection: Understand the nuances of classified/unclassified information and implement measures to prevent theft or loss of information.
8. Threat Management: Stay abreast of cyber threats and advise on continual precautions to safeguard the computer environment.
9. Compliance Documentation: Document required compliance for customers across industry verticals.
10. Audit Engagement: Engage actively with compliance auditors, customers, and internal audit teams, ensuring transparency and cooperation. In collaboration with key internal and extended shareholders, this individual is responsible for prioritization, periodic reporting of the audit findings, and the timely closure of the same.
11. Project Management: Demonstrate a project management mindset, effectively managing schedules and leading process improvements.
12. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent presentation and business communication skills, effectively conveying complex information.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate the complexities of cybersecurity, manage risks, and foster strong relationships while ensuring compliance and protecting sensitive information.
Requirements:
1. College degree, or bachelor's in computer science
2. CISA, CC, or any other Cybersecurity industry certifications
