Description:Our customer is an American company that designs and sells televisions, sound bars, viewer data, and advertising. Our job will be in a develiry of media pipeline with integration into media player with HAL and DRM support via TEE support.
Requirements: - Proven experience in automation testing, preferably in media playback or similar domains
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with DRM technologies, secure playback, and certification processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python & OpenCV for test automation
- Experience with TensorFlow is preferable
- C++ optional (read & understand)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and test suites for media player and pipeline components, adhering to industry best practices
- Implement quality of service (QoS) mechanisms to assess media player performance on real devices, including target OS and Raspberry Pi, etc..
- Identify and address issues affecting user experience
- Perform end-to-end testing to validate the functionality of the media player on different platforms, including Raspberry Pi, MTK, and Novatek chipsets
- Participate in the evaluation of DRM certification requirements and work towards achieving the necessary certifications, such as Widevine, PlayReady, or FairPlay
- Execute comprehensive test cases to verify the secure playback of DRM-protected content
