Duties and Responsibilities:
- Critical analysis of existing business processes
- Identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement
- Explore solutions cross-functionally, leveraging on digital means wherever possible (e.g. robotic process automation (RPA), AI, etc)
- Work with Supply Chain team to implement feasibly established solutions
- Deliver cost, resource and benefit analysis (both hypothetical and actualized)
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Business Analytics
- Good knowledge in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
