Site Engagement Liaison - part time ( 20 hours per week)

We are currently looking to hire experienced SrCRAs with previous start-up experience to take a step up in their career and work in a part time Site Engagement Liaison on 0.5 FTE for one of our clients in Romania.
This is a client dedicated role where you will work exclusively on one sponsor's trials and SOPs.
What you will be doing:
- The Site Engagement Liaison will act as the “face of sponsor” and be accountable for ensuring that sites receive necessary support and engagement, issues are resolved, and sponsor’s reputation is upheld throughout study lifecycle.
- You will be accountable for site start-up activities through activation, study conduct and close out
- Accountable for building and retaining investigator site relationships and providing support from site recommendation through the lifecycle of studies
- You will act as a main sponsor's point of contact for investigative sites throughout a study life cycle.
- You will be accountable for site-level recruitment and operational success, and accountable for safeguarding the quality and patient safety at the investigator sites
- The Site Engagement Liaison contributes to country and site selection activities by proactively collaborating with key stakeholders and providing local intelligence to country outreach surveys, investigator strategies and sponsor's pipeline opportunities under supervision.
- Additionally, the Site Engagement Liaison will coordinate with other roles and functions that will interface with study sites (eg. CRAs, Investigator Contracts Lead, Site Activation Partner, Clinician, etc.) thereby, optimizing communications and enhancing overall visibility into and confidence of quality of site level activities
- The Site Engagement Liaison is responsible for site oversight utilizing and interpreting data from analytic tools, in conjunction with country intelligence to proactively identify risks to quality and compliance and to develop and implement mitigation plans to address these risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Ability to work in a part time job on 0.5 FTE
- Experience in site management with prior experience as a Senior CRA (on-site monitoring experience)
- Experience in start up activities through to site activation
- Experience in conduct and close out activities
- Proficiency in local language preferred. English is required
- Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries
- Ability to travel of up to 20-35% on a regular basis ( 4-5 site visits per month)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes
