Job Description

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our marketing operations in the Puerto Rico, Central America and Caribe cluster, with an emphasis on managing omnichannel initiatives to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes. This role bridges product marketing and communication, coordinating with product managers on differentiation, strategy, pricing, and stakeholder mapping, while also driving promotional marketing efforts that directly connect to broader sales trajectories.

If you're experienced with paid media, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and possess a strong background in digital marketing, this position provides a unique opportunity to shape and deliver impactful marketing strategies. You will manage a team in Puerto Rico and work closely with cross-functional teams and global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to foster innovation, mentorship, and a culture of growth.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing area managing paid media, web analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing teams, including guiding and developing team members to achieve organizational objective.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and marketing budgets.
  • Experience in implementing digital campaigns and creative content generation with media planning capabilities.
  • Experience managing marketing automations and salesforce marketing cloud tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as WordPress VIP, marketing cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Skills in communication, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of programmatic media, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and customer journey design will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create workflows and process documentation for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the USA team and global CoEs for regional and functional integration.
  • Oversee user acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage change management plans to upskill cross-functional teams in digital marketing and growth strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the cluster growth marketing.
  • Align strategies with cross-functional teams and support promotional approval processes.
  • Foster relationships with the USA team and global CoEs to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including web analytics, Google Analytics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the growth marketing budget.
  • Navigate the internal network and align with USA marketing for effective collaboration and execution.
  • Manage talent development within the team and introduce new skills related to paid media and digital marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns and participate in meetings, briefings, and proposals as a consultant for the Central America and Caribe region.
  • Organize team processes with experience in agile methodologies like Scrum and manage omnichannel marketing efforts, particularly for vaccine products.
