Join our dynamic team at our company as a Marketing Excellence Intern and play a vital role in assessing the effectiveness of our innovative marketing strategies across key global markets. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing frameworks and derive actionable insights, alongside excellent communication abilities for conducting interviews with brand teams.
In this internship, you will create a comprehensive report on the impact and maturity of various marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Marketing framework. Your responsibilities will include reviewing current marketing approaches, gathering market feedback, and analyzing insights to inform potential enhancements.
This opportunity allows you to engage with global marketing leaders while contributing to strategies aimed at achieving our marketing excellence goals for 2025. You will work in a collaborative small team, reporting to the Global Marketing Excellence Associate Director, ensuring a rewarding and impactful experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Activities & Key Priorities:
Assess the utilization and effectiveness of the Enterprise Marketing framework across the top 10 markets, leveraging analytical skills to derive insights.
Conduct in-depth interviews with brand teams in priority markets to gather qualitative feedback on marketing strategies and framework adherence.
Create a comprehensive report detailing the impact and maturity of various marketing strategies, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Analyze market feedback to identify trends and insights, informing the global marketing excellence team’s strategy for achieving key results for 2025.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to the marketing strategy team, enhancing your communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key capabilities for the role:
Strong analytical skills to assess marketing strategies and derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication abilities to conduct interviews and present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in report writing and creating visually appealing presentations to convey complex information.
Familiarity with marketing principles and frameworks, preferably with coursework or experience in marketing strategy.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00-$105,500.00
