Position Overview
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) team can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients leveraging digital, data and analytics.

      Our company’s Performance Data Management group is seeking a summer intern to participate in key functions in Data Stewardship, Project Management and Communications. This critical work will ensure our Company is able to fully realize the value of our data investments through ensuring high quality data, communications, and solution development and maintenance.

      • We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.


      Education:

      • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA or MS degree

      • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies towards a bachelor’s degree by June 2025

      Required Experience and Skills:

      • Candidates must be available to work full-time, on-site, for 10 – 12 weeks beginning June of 2025

      • Proven analytics and problem-solving skills

      • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiences

      • Innovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-taking

      • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively.

      • Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint

      Preferred Experience and Skills:

      • Working knowledge of Confluence and Viva Engage

      • Experience working with Database design & data processing languages (SQL, Python, etc.)

      • Experience and knowledge in ETL process, data modeling techniques, and platforms (Informatica, Dataiku, etc.)

      Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

      Expected salary range:

      $39,600.00 - $105,500.00
