Job Summary (Primary function):

As a member of the US Marketing / Product Strategy team, the candidate for this position will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the marketing programs in Oncology. The candidate will help lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives focused on health care professionals and patients. This candidate will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Market Insights, Medical Affairs and external agency partners. This position requires at least 4 days in the office and allows for 1 day remote.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead in the development and implementation of the Monjuvi HCP Digital strategy and associated educational programs and materials
• Lead Lymphoma Speaker Bureau and Peer to Peer program activities including Speaker Training, Speaker Bureau program execution, assist field teams with speaker bureau related activities and third party peer to peer programs
• Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal
• Work closely with key oncology stakeholders including nurses, hospitals, office staff, GPOs, and professional societies
• Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge
• Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization
• Budget preparation and maintenance
• Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency):

• Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing including launch experience of new products or indications
• Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis and managing promotional budgets
• Ability to collaborate closely with agencies and other team members
• Experience developing multi-channel promotional plans for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products
• Specialty pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience preferred including experience in hematology, oncology, or inflammation
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project autonomously
• Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities
• Launch experience strongly preferred

- 10 to 15% travel
