Responsibilities: ​

- Aligns the business around a clear and compelling product vision​
- Defines the value-creation strategy inclusive of incremental, well-defined objectives​
- Coordinates with executive leadership to align product strategy and business needs​
- Conducts regular industry, market and customer research to maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics​
- Develops messaging, positioning, bundling and pricing strategies​
- Designs and executes go-to-market and growth strategies​
- Supports conferences, business development and sales engagements​
- Line manages a small- to medium-sized team (2 – 4 people) of individual contributors*​

​Assignments​:
- Owns a high-impact internal product or an external product​
- Owns a significant product area for high-impact external product​
- Conducts regular employee check-ups and annual performance reviews*​

Autonomy​:
- Able to self-manage to multiple broad objectives and perform all core responsibilities independently​

Prerequisite Abilities ​
- Mastery of product management and lean/agile principles​
- Proficiency in most areas of the product management toolbox​
- Ability to effectively develop product and marketing strategies​
- Ability to guide and work effectively with external customers and executive leadership​
- Ability to perform 150-level responsibilities with high efficiency​

Expected Prior Experience​
- At least 3 products for 1+ year each; At least one external; At least one strong growth story​
- 5+ years of experience as a technology product manager​
- 8+ years of total professional experience in related roles​

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $117,000.00 - $199,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
