IQVIA is hiring a Laboratory Network Solutions Intern! This position is hybrid at our Marietta, GA location.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

LNS Special Projects Support: provide PM and technical support across various LNS projects.

Metrics Technology Upgrade:

• Oversee data cleansing effort by creating a project plan for this activity and defining timelines that support overall project timelines

• Schedule 1:1 working sessions with LNS team members to progress data cleansing effort

• Support LNS Lead with data analysis as directed

• Support LNS Lead with data entry screen and dashboard designs

Other Projects:

• Science-LNS-Technical Services Process Improvement Project

  • Work with LNS Director to process map current process

  • Attend cross-functional meetings and provide support on follow-up actions as appropriate

  • Support rollout of process improvements

• Marketing Collateral

  • Work with LNS Director, LNS Manager, and Marketing to identify needed updates

  • Draft and/or update marketing collateral copy

• Supporting invoice management

  • Shadow LNS Manager during invoice review and QC process

  • Review invoices and complete QCs

  • Prepare invoice confirmation using template

Specific Skills:

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in science, business, or technical-related field

• Possess strong interpersonal skills for interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic productivity applications.

• Good organizational and operational skills

• Rudimentary knowledge of Project Management processes and terminology.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

• Good organizational and operational skills

• Good accuracy and attention-to-detail skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language

• Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

• Regular sitting for extended periods of time

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $32,200.00 - $48,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
