JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

the Senior Data Scientist & Storyteller for the AIM XR strategy team, you will responsible for extracting key insights from the AIM XR behavioral insights datasets to support the go to market strategy across multiple business lines. You will be responsible for mining the data to tell compelling stories that are both rules based and predictive in nature. The data mining will include analysis, reporting, research, and optimization.

You will participate in a wide range of business activities from working with project stakeholders to mine and process the data, create visualizations, and most importantly, effectively communicate the meaning of the analysis; transforming visualizations into data driven storytelling insights that guide the internal and external clients towards new use cases for our AIM XR data.

Your key to success will be to drive the adoption of AIM data and the products financial success by partnering with the data science, product strategy and sales and marketing teams. Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to expanding current use cases and exploring new business ideas and for AIM XR data in key pharma verticals such as:
• Commercial teams including digital strategy, next best applications and omnichannel marketing
• Business analytics and analysis teams for segmentation and profiling
• Medical affairs teams to identify unmet information needs of HCPS
• Sales organizations for key alerts and rep suggestions
In the healthcare vertical you will drive use cases for:
• Identifying relevant HCPs that will refer patients to the health system
• Driving reputation in support of US News and World Report season
• Driving HCP engagement strategies for key service lines
For financial applications and syndicated datasets with adjacent IQVIA businesses
• You will support the AD of product strategy with the key insights needed to develop new go to market strategies for syndicated datasets
• You will help identify new revenue garneting ideas related to the AIM XR data

For product and data enrichment you will collaboration on the master product roadmaps driving requirements for data processing and a shift to Natural Language Processing (NLP)

The successful candidate will join a highly visible team with engagement across multiple IQVIA businesses and centers of excellence. You will help answer some of the toughest business questions with quantifiable data analysis and interpretation. As a member of this team, you will not just produce the results, but seek insights from the data, tell the relevant story that will allow stakeholders to connect with the data, and drive results.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Produce ‘deep-dive’ analysis of our unique data and communicate effective, actionable narratives that drive business use cases and results across key verticals
• Improve existing client facing data visualizations and reports
• Work with strategy team, sales and account management teams to develop new data use cases, support their clients and develop upsell opportunities
• Contribute to ongoing product development, with a focus on data processing and extraction to support new customer use cases.
• Build a solid working knowledge of DMD’s data sources, their relationships and value to internal and external client’s business challenges and requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in Data Science and Analytics, client facing reporting and data storytelling

• BS degree with a specialty in data science, data analytics or related
• 6+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, storytelling and marketing support
• 6+ years of client facing or product support experience required
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Medical/Pharma digital marketing industry
• Solid understanding of data technologies including Tableau, R, AWS, T-SQL
• Knowledge of Agile software development and project management processes
• Strong technical, process and problem-solving proficiency
• Ability to set and deliver on priorities and deal with a degree of ambiguity
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications capabilities
• Display organizational and emotional intelligence
• A desire to learn, adapt and perfect your work
