Position purpose

• The Consultant will take on an important role focusing on project execution for healthcare clients.
• He/she will engage with the whole healthcare ecosystem (pharmaceuticals and medical devices local affiliates, healthcare providers, public health organisations, foundations, governments, development funds, NGOs…) to develop and implement IQVIA solutions in areas such as market assessment, go-to-market strategy, market research, global health, market access strategies, health economics, real-world evidence etc.

Roles and responsibilities

• Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems
• Assists in the development of client solutions
  • Structuring of ambiguous problems / define problem statements and developing an action plan to solve them
  • Gathering quantitative or qualitative data through primary and secondary research
  • Driving analysis and synthesis of results execution
  • Developing, and potentially presenting, complete client deliverables
• Assists in the design and structuring of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
• Proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and team members
• Proactively develops a strong knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, required
• 3-5+ years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
• Possesses solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the health industry
