Ceuta Group - Join Our Team as an Amazon Advertising Account Manager!
You will expand Ceuta’s Amazon Advertising offering by supporting our clients with Amazon Ad solutions and managing Amazon Ad campaigns through the funnel. You will work closely with the E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager & Senior E-commerce Manager to meet client KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimisation & Analysis: Work with clients to support their Amazon business growth using full funnel strategies.
- Campaign Management: Create and implement Amazon Ad campaigns (Sponsored Ads & DSP) to meet client KPIs.
- Tools & Technology: Use Amazon Ad console, AI, and advertising tools to optimise impactful marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Align with the E-commerce Retail team on strategies, availability, promotional activity, and new product launches.
- Reporting: Create client reports, offer recommendations, and share relevant opportunities through Amazon Advertising solutions.
- Insights: Utilise AMC to evaluate and optimise campaigns, providing valuable insights for efficient decision-making.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients via written communication, regular meetings, and scheduled reports.
- Advisory: Advise clients on navigating Amazon Ads and recommend strategies for a successful e-commerce business.
- Content Development: Work with the E-Commerce Marketing team to develop engaging Ad content.
Professional Competencies:
- Experience: in a related role; AMC and full funnel Amazon media knowledge desirable.
- Skills: Experience managing client marketing campaigns, handling clients and stakeholders, and managing Sponsored Ad and DSP campaigns.
- Communication: Strong communication skills at all levels, particularly with clients and senior management.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, count formula).
- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering impactful presentations.
- Ability to anticipate and solve issues proactively.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload autonomously.
- Up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Effective communication with internal colleagues and external clients, customers, and suppliers.
