Role Purpose

Within the Finance Department and in partnership with the sales teams, the Sales Administrator's mission is to secure revenue recognition.

The Sales Administrator's mission is critical in order to reduce the Unbilled (accruals), improve the quality of the invoicing and thus improve the DSO. It´s a key role for the organization and to support our Sales activity.

The Sales Administrator is a real partner of commercial services in order to improve quality and efficiency of opportunities/ Billing Notification Forms/ information collection.

The role has deep local roots into the sales organization, requires strong local connections and is the privileged partner of the sales team to locally secure collection of POs, PODs and customers contracts. Ultimate goal is to secure the revenue side of the local business.

Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator contributes to the follow-up and the good administrative management of the customer contracts:

  • Opportunity tracking in CRM (Salesforce)

  • Creation of BNFs and collection of information necessary for invoicing (PO, contracts)

  • Support to sales for the elaboration of the GPC (Pricing Model)

  • Month-end revenue recognition with PODs

Requirements

  • Excellent academic background including a bachelor and/or master’s degree

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience experience working in a professional services environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Keen attention to detail and a quality focused mindset

  • Good listener & presentation skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

  • French basic-intermediate level (you should be capable to review several documentation on French on your daily basis and it will get tested on the interview with a small assessment)

  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
