The APAC (excluding China) and Oceania Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Business Partner supports the sales teams by providing administrative and organizational assistance for our sales funnel, facilitating communication, and sponsoring department meetings. You will communicate with internal stakeholders; track sales funnel KPIs using corporate tools to improve the accuracy; analyze performance against metrics and help Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adoption and Funnel Management maturity progress.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Work closely with Sales enablement and Sales Ops teams to equip commercial associates on solutions for sales processes including Funnel Management, Lead Management, Quote Management, and sales standard of work. Participate in deployment projects as a SFE specialist – with focus on applications. Be a key player in the roll-out of new processes and features in for customer-facing teams, ensuring that we have the right content and training format in place to provide knowledge for users across multiple regions and businesses in APAC (excluding China) and Oceania. Execute the training strategy partnering with Sales enablement, sales operations, Business unit champions, key users and key trainers and other functional groups thru a train-the-trainer strategy. Monitor adoption of existing processes and tools (CRM tools like Salesforce, and other digital solutions) and keep key stakeholders accountable for their adoption by sharing relevant data and providing those train-the-trainer sessions. Document SFE design, content, sessions, process diagrams and flows. Monitor progress of our SFE efforts based on key performance indicators. Support various business functions such as field sales and internal sales users on the CRM applications and related business processes by analyzing and solving usage doubts and issues. Assess and identify knowledge needs across different teams and regions and collaborate with the Sales enablement, Sales Ops, Digital and Sales automation teams, and other stakeholders on identifying the critical topics to be addressed. Incorporate industry proven best practices in the SFE solutions. Staying ahead of trends in the salesforce implementation space.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Three years of experience in similar positions.
  • Proven experience using and related processes such as lead management, CPQ, account management, contact management, case management, opportunity management and sales activity management.
  • Proven experience delivering results through strong collaboration. Great team player.
  • Strong influencing and excellent communication skills with experience getting things done through others.
  • Ability to work across organizational lines and navigate through ambiguity.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and capability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in a customer-facing department (sales, client services, technical support, dealers) and experience with tools used by these departments.
  • Creating and delivering training using multiple media and formats, being able to adjust content and adapt translated materials (if required) to stakeholders at different hierarchy levels.
  • Creating Salesforce training content for end users.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
