Radiometer is launching a strategic business program, called DARWIN, to replace current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with three critical components; Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Dynamics 365CE and PROS Configure Price Quote.

Over the course of 2024, we will onboard 15 new Radiometer associates, as well as partner up with best-in-class partners, to deliver on an ambitious program roadmap. We are looking for a Business Application Supporter to strengthen our global support team, by delivering high-quality user support of more applications and primarily PROS CPQ and Sales enablement system, Seismic. With a new initiative to deliver efficient support of business processes, rather than applications, the support role will be working across applications. The PROS CPQ and Seismic are new applications as the system landscape, in our Global Business Systems department, is constantly growing. The scope of the support role responsibility will thus grow, as well as the +30 sales sites, production and distribution locations, supported as of today, are expanding in size and number.

This position is part of the Digital & IT organization, located in Stargard and can be hybrid or remote depending on your location. You will be a part of a global team reporting to the Sr. Support Manager, Global Business Systems, located in Poland. Indirectly, you will be part of a global IT organization with HQ located in Copenhagen, Denmark and be working with local Super Users across global Sales sites, Functional Consultants and business owners of PROS CPQ and the Seismic application etc.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of the team supporting the new global Radiometer Business System Platform, centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365CE, Dynamics 365FO, PROS Configure Price Quote and more business applications such as our Sales Enablement System, Seismic.

  • Work closely together with the Sr. Support Manager, Global Business Systems and support team members to efficiently support end-to-end business processes across applications.

  • Provide application support of PROS CPQ and Seismic across super user support, end user support, user license and access management, manage change requests, issues, bugs and more

  • Help implement and operate PROS CPQ in 30+ Sales sites by supporting the Functional Consultant, Sales & Contracts with PROS CPQ application configuration, changes and data imports.

  • Support Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams in implementing and operating the Seismic application in +30 Sales Sites

  • Manage the day-to-day application management, upgrades and updates as well as a high-quality and user-friendly support documentation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3+ years as D365CE Application IT Supporter, having a broad IT technical background.

  • Experience with application support of Configure Price Quote systems, ideally, PROS CPQ.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and complex problems efficiently.

  • A strong attention to detail, ensuring that all user requests, tasks and issues are tracked and resolved accurately, aiming for a high-quality user-centric support.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly, and be able to listen actively and respond to user questions and concerns effectively.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Application support of Sales Enablement systems, e.g. Seismic

  • Working in a global organization within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.
