This position is part of the Radiometer Ibérica Marketing & Product Management Team based in Madrid/Spain, with a commitment to attend meetings and activities in various locations as directed by your manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Regional portfolio management, including the execution of product launches and product discontinuations as part of our product life cycle management.
  • Develop of local strategies for the Transcutaneous Monitoring platforms based on relevant and available market data, taking into account a customer-centric total solution approach.
  • Initiate tactical activities such as campaigns, sales training and others to support commercial execution.
  • Product installation at the customer’s site including end user training to ensure safe and optimal application of the solution to patients.
  • Contributing product and market-related expertise remotely or in the field to the sales process as well as to the entire life cycle of established product solutions until the start of the next customer purchase cycle of our customers.
  • Monitoring price trends in the market and promoting positive price trends for the company's own product lines.
  • Monitoring sales and revenue development in accordance with existing business planning
  • Preparation of business plans in coordination and cooperation with the sales and finance team.

Essential requirements of the position include:

  • Completed studies in nursing and experience as a nurse in an intensive care unit, ideally with experience in the use of transcutaneous blood gas monitoring systems and POCT.
  • Very good written and spoken Spanish and English (business fluent).
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel regularly max. 70% of working time and driving license class B.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Additional language skills in Portuguese.
  • Hospital-specific business management knowledge and involvement in the procurement of capital goods in the hospital.
  • Experience in the practical training of doctors and nursing staff in the use of medical devices.
