The Logistic Process Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for sustainability and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and promote sustainable practices within our organization.
This on-site position is part of the Distribution Center located in Stargard. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, operations, and facilities teams, to foster a culture of sustainability and drive collective action towards sustainability goals.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and processes to support sustainability goals.
Develop engineering solutions and design systems to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste generation, and reduce environmental impact.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sustainability progress.
Stay abreast of relevant environmental regulations, standards, and certifications.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Process Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on developments in sustainability practices and technologies.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in sustainability engineering, environmental consulting or related roles.
Sustainability assessment tools, such as life cycle assessment (LCA) and carbon footprinting.
Familiarity with sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001).
