The Account Manager will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling Pall's full F&B product portfolio in a B2B setting while fostering positive business relationships to achieve sales targets.

This position is part of the Pall Food and Beverage and will be Remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop/implement customer account plan to achieve orders and revenue projections and Drive Sales of new products and applications.
  • Expand customer base (networking, lead follow-up and conversion of opportunities) and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain customer profile and SWOT including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other relevant information.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to strategically position Pall Solution for maximum advantage. Stay ahead of competitive activity at existing customers and Leverage competitors’ knowledge to influence strategic decisions and enhance market positioning.
  • Drive growth through continuous improvement leveraging the Danaher Business System tools, including maintaining appropriate databases and Sales Funnel Management in CRM (such as Salesforce), RFQ, and Project/Quote Tracking.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a sale, business development, and/or account management role within a business-to-business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience – preferably in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering.
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, primarily domestic travel. Will be conducting face-to-face selling with customers.
  • Proficiency in English and Finnish

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strategic value selling to large regional or global companies.
  • Understanding of filtration products.
