We are currently seeking a Service Contract Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing new business, converting existing warranty business, retaining current contract customers and selling new services.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Full-service sales responsibility for defined agreement base and drive improvement in unit-add business including timeliness of developing new business and selling new services.
- Serve as a point of contact to hardware sales team with the objective of retaining growing service attachment business and work with the field service team to develop and expand opportunities that impact top line growth.
- Provide the Service Inside Sales team with all necessary information in order to facilitate the completion of service agreement transactions.
- Facilitate regular customer communications, including business reviews with our key accounts and critical customer base on a regular cadence.
- Develop and deliver on key metrics that demonstrate quantifiable results (Funnel management, Forecasting and planning)
The required qualifications for the job include:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Science, engineering or relevant fields, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- 3-7 years of work experience in sales, account management or customer service, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a virtual environment with customers and internal stake holders to achieve success in a team environment
- Experience in sales forecasting, account mapping and planning.
- Strong communication skills to confidently convey high value, product quality and diverse capabilities.
- Self-starter, comfortable setting and working toward ambitious goals and working independently and as part of a team.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience communicating value propositions.
- Understanding of revenue, profit, mix and margin.
- Exceptional telephone prospecting skills with problem-solving mindset and organized follow-up.
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
