What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Release Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce.com and extensive experience in compliance with GXP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements. This role will be responsible for leading sprint teams, managing release cycles, and ensuring that all processes adhere to compliance standards.

IT Project Manager - Release Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate sprint release processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage release cycles, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with GXP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements throughout the development and release process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize backlog items.
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to release management and compliance processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in agile methodologies and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Leader or Release Manager, preferably in a Salesforce.com environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of GXP, SOX, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Additional certifications in agile methodologies or compliance standards.
• Experience with other CRM platforms and enterprise software solutions.
