Radiometer is launching a strategic business program where we are replacing current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with two critical components: Dynamics 365 ERP, and Dynamics 365 CRM.

We are looking for an Application Support Consultant to strengthen our global support team, by delivering high-quality user support and services of several applications, the most important include D365 ERP, ERP AX 2009 / Axapta, D365 CRM, PROS CPQ, Seismic and Rillion but not limited to. With a new initiative to deliver efficient support of business processes, rather than applications, the support role will be working across applications.

This position is part of the IT, Business Applications organization located in Stargard, Poland and is an on-site position. You will be a part of the Global Business Systems Support team and report to the Sr. Support Manager responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our core business applications. You will be working closely with service desk teams, super users and system experts in collaboration with other Global IT teams to ensure effective support and minimize tickets resolution time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide daily support to users for various business applications (preliminary ERP, CRM, Rillion, Seismic) and business areas (Commercial, Finance, Operations).

  • Perform administrative tasks like user access management and provide services according to the service catalogue.

  • Participate in rollouts and projects related to Microsoft Dynamics across different countries.

  • Collaborate with various IT and business departments internationally.

  • Troubleshoot incidents, monitor system performance, and conduct end-user training sessions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience: Minimum experience in IT, preferably in service desk support or as a system super user.

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems and applications, with a willingness to learn new business applications.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users and actively listen to user questions and concerns.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and support.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ITIL processes such as Incident-, Problem- and Knowledge management.

  • Working in a global organization within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.
