FP&A and Performance Reporting Analyst

Location: Victoria London, Hybrid

Position Overview: Are you a dynamic and hands-on professional with an interest in data analytics and financial reporting? We are seeking an FP&A and Performance Reporting Analyst to join our Assure Finance team!. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in delivering performance reports, quarterly forecasts, annual plans, and ad-hoc business analysis!. In this role we offer a diverse range of responsibilities and significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and informative weekly/monthly business performance reports to leadership and team members.
  • Assist in developing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, managing inputs, processes, and outputs.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems for strategic insight, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across P&L, CAPEX, and working capital.
  • Enhance performance analytics and reporting dashboards using systems like Tableau, providing business insights on trends, product/sector breakdowns, and regional/customer breakdowns.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support for priority Assure & Group Finance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent business and commercial foresight.
  • Personable, with a strong commitment to team outcomes.
  • Quick to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Results focused and process focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (report building, analytics, pivot tables).
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, or Workday Adaptive Insights.

Additional Information

Needs to be London based and expected to work in the Victoria Street office at least 2-3 days a week
