Senior QA Specialist (Hybrid) - Quality System

Hybrid Working Model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)

The role:

Currently, we are looking for a Senior QA Specialist, Quality System for our biggest site in Switzerland, in Visp. The Senior QA Specialist, Quality System is responsible for supporting the oversight of the quality management system and will interact with many different business functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Generating and maintaining accurate reports of compliance activities and documents, including trending of key quality indicators, e.g for non-conformities, CAPAs, changes, training status, among others.

• Supporting implementation of corporate documents at local level.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure harmonization throughout the site on QMS related topics.

• Identifying and managing projects that focus on QMS needs, as required at Lonza Visp Site.

• Active participation in audits and inspections as well as follow-ups.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Key requirements

• (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable qualification.

• Experience in the GMP environment and the manufacture of "Drug Products" is an advantage.

• High communication skills combined with assertiveness.

• Fluent in German and English skills.

• Structured, self-responsible, and precise working style.
