The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of training programs. They will support the Program & Project Management Center of Excellence, with potential to be extended to other groups. This role is dedicated to training management, the related budget and invoicing process and the maintenance and evaluation of training data.

Key responsibilities:

Training Coordination / Event Management

  • Organize training events, including venues, equipment and recordkeeping
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects/workshops
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure systems and information is properly maintained
  • Ability to market and sell the L&D offering among different communities
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in training processes and making recommendations for enhancements.

Budget Support

  • Support the team in the budget management process
  • Work directly with vendors to manage the payment process, assisting with Purchase Orders and approval for resources and managing invoices

Maintenance and Evaluation of training data

  • Standardize and maintain PM Global Curriculum and other relevant documents
  • Generate information material
  • Maintain comprehensive records of training materials and participant progress
  • Leverage on Learning Management Systems (LMS) Cornerstone to schedule, track, and report on training activities.

Key requirements:

  • Fields of study: Office Administration, Economics, Finance, Operational Excellence, HR
  • Degree required: apprenticeship, bachelor
  • Languages: English – business fluent
  • Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Interest in data analysis and data automation processes / open to learn new software systems
