Key Responsibilities:
Driving positive changes (process improvement, business priorities) through several interventions aligned to various business and delivery teams. Build and manage the culture of continuous improvement through application of Six Sigma , Lean and Project Management methodologies
Be an ambassador of site and the culture of continuous improvement across Operations for sustainable results. To Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Lean Six Sigma Projects. Have the ability to question and focus on details in order to have deeper understanding and subject matter expertise on industry standards, best practices, trends and evolving ideas. Strong quantitative capabilities. Adept at drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources.
Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus. Designs and implements changes to processes that improve results and reduce cost and eliminate waste. Tactful communication (written and presentation) style; need to have the ability to create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal/external clients, as well as frontline to executive levels. Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities. Highly goal and result oriented. Prioritizes tasks according to business objectives and can pursue several objectives simultaneously.
Can work independently with a high degree of self-motivation. Knows how to obtain support from different collaborations. Tackles problems with enthusiasm and curiosity.

Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for plant KPIs improvement. Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices. Coordinate with global stakeholders to drive dedicated to excellence maturity at site
Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Recommending new equipment purchases to improve process / operational efficiency. Establishing standards for other departments to follow when processing orders or performing other tasks. Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service, Perform duties as assigned
To conduct / coordinate Green Belt / White belt trainings.
Key Requirements:
BE or B.Tech, MBA or Equivalent PG degree is preferred with minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence.
Certification: Six Sigma – Green Belt or Black Belt.
Skills: Able to bring change of improvement in various department like production, SCM, marketing, Procurement etc.
Should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience on shop floor into manufacturing set up.
Good Communication Skills.
