What you’ll do:

● Manages as teamlead the personnel activities of 6x20k DSP production staff with overall responsibility of the shift teams with regard to safety, quality and on-time-in full delivery.

● Is responsible together with the Head of DSP for production planning, problem solving and the realization of innovation projects.

● Is accountable for the performance and results of the shift teams together with the shift teamleads.

● Responsible for the safety culture, i.e. the general work safety as well as the safe behaviour of the shiftteams

● Responsible for the training concept and execution of the shiftteams together with the shift teamsleads and the technical trainer.

● Manages the Long-term and cost-optimized planning of shift teams.

What we’re looking for:

● B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in scientific field.

● Solid work experience of 2-5 years in the GMP controlled pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a prerequisite.

● Proven leadership and people management skills. Capable of managing multiple points of view and building partnerships. Embracing Lonza’s core leadership principles.

● Comprehensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area with detailed knowledge of all process steps and systems

● Experience in training execution and documentation.

● Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Preferably, at least B1 Level (spoken and written) in German.
