Strategic Partnerships, Associate Director for The Manuals, a global digital content er via s, mobile apps, and digital health integrations with a worldwide audience of 1 billion r year in 14 lanuages. The Manuals are the digital version of an iconic medical textbook, first published in 1899, and a trusted source of medical information for health care professional and patients for 125 years. The position is responsible for helping to find, develop, implement, and maintain strategic partnerships through electronic health record integrations, partnerships with healthcare institutions, integrations with artificial intelligence applications, APIs, linking agreements, infobutton functionality, and search widgets to the Manuals websites.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Collaborate with leads globally to explore, develop, and execute strategic partnership opportunities that drive traffic to The Manuals, specifically with EHRs, AI, and other HIT partners.
Pipeline Expansion: Identify and advance a pipeline of new partnership opportunities and ensure the expansion of key relationships to increase the reach of The Manuals.
Agreement Management: Monitor current agreements with partners and ensure timely renewals, working with the manager to negotiate deal terms with partners.
Industry Trends: Stay abreast of new industry trends in the HIT and EHR space, reporting back to the team on their potential impacts.
Traffic Monitoring: Monitor and estimate monthly traffic from all sources, including major partners, to optimize partnership effectiveness.
Technical Assistance: Provide frontline technical assistance to partners, ensuring seamless integration of linking agreements, infobutton functionality, and search widgets.
Trade Show Representation: Attend and represent The Manuals at 10+ trade shows in the healthcare and veterinary medicine space to attract new partners and create awareness.
Marketing and Communication: Develop marketing plans for key partnerships, execute PR strategies for corporate partners, and ensure partner marketing materials are up-to-date.
Content Promotion: Coordinate with social media and technical teams to highlight reactive and timely content on The Manuals' websites spanning 14 languages, as well as Veterinary Manual homepages.
Campaign Management: Design and launch microsites to drive engagement with The Manuals' sites and publicize marketing campaigns.
Minimum Education required:
4 year Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or related fields.
Required experience and skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership/strategy related roles on marketing and sales teams.
Experience identifying and evaluating new partners in the electronic health records (EHR) industry, health care institutions and health information technology (HIT) fields as well as other health related fields.
Excellent presentation skills are required as well as some negotiation experience.
Collaborate with teammates on the Manuals team.
20-25% travel.
Preferred Experience and skills:
Experience in the electronic health record or health information technology industry
Artificial Intelligence understanding and experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$135,500.00 - $213,400.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
