Responsibilities:
1. Assist the General Manager in formulating the factory's development strategy. Be responsible for short-term and long-term decision-making and strategy within the functional domain, significantly impacting the achievement of medium- and long-term goals. Coordinate and deploy the implementation of various functional departments.
2. Take charge of product quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize the company's management and production processes to enhance operational and resource utilization efficiency on the basis of a sound management system.
3. Develop and continuously refine the company's internal control processes and systems to ensure their rationality and effectiveness, thereby elevating the company's institutional management level.
4. Stay informed about the medical device industry, gather internal corporate information as well as external market and competitive data, conduct comprehensive analyses, and coordinate the company's business development.
5. Keep abreast of internal and external dynamics within the company and the industry, provide timely feedback and constructive suggestions, guide and control the direction and progress of company operations, and be accountable for the outcomes.
6. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day management of production departments. Establish standardized and efficient management systems and work processes. Build a talent pipeline and assemble a high-performing management team.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in biopharmaceuticals, medicine, medical devices, business administration, or related fields.
2. Over 10 years of manufacturing management experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a management representative or executive vice-general manager in the medical device industry.
3. Familiarity with management standards and systems in the medical device industry. Have a mature understanding of the current state and development trends of the medical device industry and be well-versed in industry regulatory requirements.
4. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and social networking abilities.
5. Outstanding personal and professional track record, with extensive industry and regional connections. Fluent in English, Thai, and Chinese.
6. Proficient in the application of quality tools, knowledge of medical device systems and regulations, and other relevant professional knowledge in the medical device field.
