Job Description:
1. Oversee the establishment and strategic development of the local company, with a comprehensive understanding of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Foster and maintain robust cooperative relationships with clients, ensuring seamless handling of all cooperation-related matters.
3. Ensure effective communication and coordination with the China headquarters to align strategies and operations.
4. Actively monitor and gather industry intelligence to stay ahead of market trends; assist in planning and executing relevant market activities to enhance brand visibility and market share.
5. Efficiently complete tasks assigned by the unit and department, demonstrating strong project management and execution capabilities.
6. Lead and manage a high-performing team, driving team development and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, preferably in Molecular Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in research or marketing within PCR, Genomics, Medical Devices, or related fields, with a proven track record of staying abreast of industry developments and trends.
3. Demonstrated ability to design and implement research proposals in genomics and related fields, with active participation in relevant research projects.
4. Excellent internal and external coordination and communication skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
5. Willingness and ability to undertake short-term business travel as required.
6. Prior entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.
7. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Thai is essential.
8. Proven experience in team management, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
