The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for service support installed base in Egypt & North Africa.

This position is part of the Service Department located in Egypt. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• To independently service, support and maintain a wide range of medical diagnostic equipment in line with company procedures.

• Demonstrate accountability for analyzers assigned to as preferred engineer.

• Debrief quality and accuracy.

• Promote the company with customers and play an active role in customer retention initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in the relevant field and 5 years’ experience in the field.

• Service training(s) on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics platforms.

• Fluent English (written and oral) and one second major language an asset (specifically to territory language).

• Effective time management and personal organization.

• Must have a sense of urgency and immediate impact.

• A self-motivated person who looks forward to significant field-based activity.

• Possess a sound analytical and technical ability to assess and deal with difficult analyzer problems.

• Possess sound communication skills to address issues effectively with internal and external customers.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Service training(s) on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics platforms.

• Must have high self-awareness and good emotional intelligence.

• Must be coachable and have a passion for new ideas while being able to get results under tough conditions.
