The Executive Administration Manager for Pall Corporation is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to the Executive Assistants supporting the senior leadership team at Pall. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, technical skills, attention to detail, ability to work discreetly with highly sensitive and confidential information and the flexibility and drive to work in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. This key role reports to the President of Pall Corporation and will also support the Vice President, CFO located in Port Washington, NY.

What you will do:

  • Lead the Executive Assistants team globally developing process and standard work that support the strategies of the executive team, business units, and functions

  • Manage detailed and demanding schedules, coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, manage reservations and itineraries, and prepare expense reports in accordance with corporate policy to further include processing invoices and reconcile budgets as needed

  • Manage confidential information with discretion, quickly adapt to competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

  • Monitor status of key deliverables, establish, manage, and adhere to action plans to meet deadlines

  • Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings for small and large groups (including agenda, accommodations, transportation, catering) including the organization of conference calls and virtual meetings

  • Organize and participate in global leadership meetings, gather action items, manage project plans, organize monthly staff meeting agendas and presentations (updates, reminders, and distribute timely); compose and prepare correspondence, in addition to proofreading, layout design, and editing

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5-8 years previous experience hiring, training, and effectively leading an administrative staff for executives

  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams

  • Ability to independently create documents from notes/input from various sources

  • Self-motivated and ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner to meet current needs and re-prioritize work as necessary

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compose formal communications from executives to the entire organization

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
