This position will be an onsite role based at our Burnaby, BC facility. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Lead the coordination of all new customer onboarding including scheduling, information sharing and training activities
• Coordinate and communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure that all requirements are clearly defined and achieved
• Participate in factory acceptance testing activities
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on project status at all stages
• Lead and coordinate large upgrade projects by involving the customer and internal teams to get the project delivered successfully

Who you are:

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or equivalent.
• Experienced at coordinating and facilitating with multiple teams, and project management
• Skilled at handling and delivering on regular challenges involving unique and difficult customer situations
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and initiative to jump in to help solve a customer problem

Travel Requirements:

• This position requires up to 20% flying and/or driving travel, which may potentially include overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or biomedical industry is highly desired
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Standard Work, Six Sigma is highly desired

The annual salary range for this role is CAD65,000-80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
