As a Project Coordinator Installation Planning for Beckman Coulter, you are responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of Beckman Coulter diagnostic systems, from small systems up to complex automated laboratory lines for large laboratory groups.

This position is part of the Technical Customer Support Team located in Krefeld, Germany and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan and manage installation projects for complex laboratory system in close coordination with our customers and logistics partners
  • Coordinate and improve our planning tools in accordance with European and local teams
  • Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders like sales, service, finance and logistics.
  • Plan and align the best possible delivery and installation concepts with the customers, internal stakeholders and logistics to ensure a successful delivery
  • Plan the installation preparation and the delivery date to the customer's laboratory in close contact with our customers throughout the entire process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Knowledge of project management
  • Very good skills in managing complex challenges in a very structured and organized manner.
  • The ability to continuously coordinate and develop processes and planning tools with local and European teams.
  • Good understanding of the objectives of the sales, finance, service and logistics departments
  • Fluency in German and a very good command of English are required.
  • Completed technical or commercial training or studies. Ideally you have 3 years of professional experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a technical service organization ideally in the health care business
