The Human Resources Associate Partner for Radiometer is responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding, talent, team and leadership development within areas of responsibility, mainly within production and warehouse, reporting and analytics for such processes as merit and bonus cycle, mid- and yearly performance reviews, engagement surveys, job changes related to promotions, transfers or reorganization, and other Danaher/Radiometer human resource needs.

This position is part of the manufacturing site located in New Brighton, Minnesota and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Human Resources department and report to the Associate Director, Human Resources responsible for supporting Radiometer manufacturing leadership in Minnesota and California and also servicing all Radiometer commercial subsidiaries in the Americas region including the Human Resources Shared Service Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee the recruiting process for non-exempt associates and contingent workers, monitoring candidate queues, assisting with candidate and manager questions throughout the process and collaborating with the corporate recruiters to hire and close requisitions timely.

  • Support all local on-boarding and new associate orientation activities for Minnesota site as well as supporting remote on-boarding for other functions across the US.

  • Assists a local Human Resources Business Partner and assigned internal customer group with employee relations concerns and investigations, merit and bonus cycle, mid- and yearly performance reviews, engagement surveys, job changes related to promotions, transfers or reorganizations, particularly for production teams.

  • Serve as a local liaison for Leave of Absence (LoA) process such as meeting associates, providing necessary paperwork, and answering initial questions related to requesting LoA.

  • Coordinate all termination activities such as preparing exit packets, setting up and conducting exit meetings and participating in a problem-solving process for minimizing retention risk.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent preferably within human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, project management or similar.

  • Minimum 12 months experience related to human resources business partnering.

  • HRIS system knowledge (e.g. Workday and ADP).

  • Practice in MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point, Teams.

  • Regular usage of various project management tools such as Miro Board or Smart Sheets.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Travel 10% of the time, mainly to human resources events at the Carlsbad, CA site

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project and change management, along with payroll and timekeeping

  • Process reports and provide required analytics related to supported HR processes including headcount, EEO reporting, OSHA, safety, salary and wages data, etc.

  • Leadership training experience

The salary range for this role is $75,000 – 87,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
