The Quality Interactions Owner / Co-Ordinator is responsible for driving day to day U&FM field action project support, timeline adherence, and providing the co-ordination between U&FM CHU teams and the QA – Global Strategic Accounts Team in relation to Product Quality CASE’s.

This position reports to the U&FM CDT&R Leader and is part of the U&FM Product Management organisation located in Harbourgate and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Field Actions

• Project support for all U&FM Field actions,
• Draft and send Consignee/Customer Refusal Documents.
• Liaise with Regional commercial teams to ensure appropriate customers are identified and engaged.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance teams to ensure a coordinated effort.
• Liaise with U&FM CHU teams to generate a U&FM BU CASE Management status and updates overview for the QA – Global Strategic Accounts Team

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in technology, biotechnology, cell biology, biochemistry or equivalent experience
• Project management experience in a biopharmaceutical production / cGMP environment
• An understanding of quality, sales and support processes, single use products knowledge
• Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel (up to 10% travel including overnight stays)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
• Multitasking to drive critical issues simultaneously
