Title: Sales Operations Manager

Nature of Role: We are in search of an experienced and energetic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales and Account Management, you will be responsible for enabling the sales organization to effectively commercialize the OhmX electronic genome mapping platform.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in sales operations and management of a CRM as well as the enthusiasm to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of our Salesforce CRM and database
  • Engage internal stakeholders, capture requirements, and work with 3rd party developers on infrastructure changes, integrations, and improvements.
  • Make modifications to the CRM as needed to support functionality and improvements.
  • Develop and deliver reports on CRM performance and KPIs
  • Issue licenses and train new employees as needed on regarding CRM use and expectations
  • Develop, organize, and manage a proper system for roll out and access to approved collateral for the field teams
  • Take ownership of the sales playbook
  • Coordinate event support for sales managers in the field
  • Assist in organizing internal commercial meetings, provide agendas, and minutes as needed

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in relevant field required with 4+ years of sales operations experience
  • Power user of Salesforce CRM
  • Examples leading the design and establishment of a fully functional CRM
  • This is a remote position which requires some domestic travel mostly to San Diego and occasional trips to Providence, RI
