The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the Commercial Strategy; take full accountability for brand insight across regional organization, and provide strategic insights that share /develop brand strategy.

Main responsibilities:
• Works collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights and is accountable for territorial marketing activities in order to optimize and customize brands promotion, strengthening implementation, coordination and execution.
• Analyzes trends and develops impactful and actionable customer market insights and support Brands teams in creation of service needs to define an Integrated insights and analytics plan.
• Provides leadership in the establishment of a high performing team of Scientific Events Leads, Managers and Coordinators and leads the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance.
• Supports Scientific Events activities at a global, Regional and local level where required.
• Leads teams to define deliverables and monitors time management, establishes and oversee the centralized ISI Label updates Center of Excellence (CoE) which meets customer requirements and KPIs.
• Orchestrates silos into an end-to-end solution-enabling us to stitch together the teams into one cohesive CoE Support sustainable growth of the centralization services with new strategies, leverage existing capabilities, and in close collaboration with all marketing operation functions delivers excellence through the efficiency & effectiveness of the brand.
• Establishes effective governance and reporting mechanisms to identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing Global Business Solutions processes and ways of working to ensure that the Label CoE is in line with industry best practices.
