About this role:
Our Business Analytics Associate Director manages metrics for 400+ trials, provides analytics as a service, and advance automation and data science tools to enable data driven decision making to reduce clinical trial cycle times and maintain high levels of quality. You will assess our analytical solutions and providing recommendations to Global Line Functions.
This role works directly with the Strategy, Business Insights & Technology team and reports to the Business Analytics Director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data-driven analytics on the core principles of speed, cost/productivity and quality.
• Act as the single point of contact for the global line function (Program Strategy & Planning, Study & Site Operations, Clinical Data Operations, Process, Training & GCP Compliance, Vendor Partnerships & Governance, Risk and Resilience, etc.) assigned, providing a customer-focused experience measured by excellent customer satisfaction and enablement of superior business performance.
• Provide on-demand analytics and professional ad hoc reporting services.
• Proactively raise alerts based on data-driven analysis to identify and highlight trends and patterns.
• Ensure standardized definitions and usage of KPIs and metrics for analytical recommendations.
• Provide external benchmarking and insights based on Competitive Intelligence to measure the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) performance and provide inputs for the GCO strategy.
