About the role: The Analyst, Government Reporting will be responsible for assisting in all components of the calculation, analysis, and submission of one or more of the following pricing calculations on a timely basis: Average Manufacture Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Public Health Services (PHS) pricing, Average Sales Price (ASP), Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (Non-FAMP), and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), Federal Contracting and State Transparency reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Calculations and Submissions- Support Manager with submission of state program filings as well as execution of all components of government reporting. Provides clear communication to all participants including management, customers and government agencies. Perform financial impact analysis based on potential commercial pricing decisions.
• Compliance- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of price calculations to ensure compliance with government regulations. Assists in the maintenance of SOPs, SOX documentation.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration- Assists in coordinating processes of procuring existing and new data for inclusion into price calculations. Work closely with clients, GR manager and technical team to resolve system, data, and process issues.
• Project Management- Serves as a secondary business lead or a supporting role on government reporting related projects. Function as an integral part of a team on government reporting related projects.
• Contract Administration- Assist in contract initiation within the Federal segment (VA, DoD, FSS, PHS 340B, TriCare and Puerto Rico).
• Data and Analytics: Designated Data resource within department to be expert in all systems and programs related to data loads. Supports the team with data needs and analytics.
Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $66,000.00 and $99,000.00 / year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
