The position
As an EHS Advisor, you will lead overall review on the documentation and work practices relating to EHS activities.

this position is 1 year contract based, and it can be extended based on the performance review.

Your key tasks will include:

• Response work for government affairs and global/APAC requirements, activities and event
• EHS online/offline training for all employees with new comers
• Member of APAC EHS committee and local EHS committee
• Lead local EHS committee meeting quarterly, make minutes
• Implement risk assessment for Seoul and regional office, APAC Workplace Assessments (WPA)
• Manage EHS portal with investigation report of accidents and near-misses including reporting and follow up process
• KOBACO building safety management (fire drill training, respond regular safety audit)
• Other EHS tasks agreed upon locally and globally (Novohealth week, etc.)
• Drive safety audits to ensure internal and external compliance
• Execute EAP(Employee Assistance Program)
• Implement employee medical check-ups and managing vendors
• Review, update EHS policy, document, SOP if necessary
• Provide EHS related managing for in-house subcontract


Qualifications

• Certificate of Industrial Safety engineer upon Korea regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Health & Safety, chemical or etc.
• EHS management experience in global companies is preferred
• 1~3 years work experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Business level in English to verbal and written communicate with global/APAC EHS team
• Strong computer skills such as MS Office
• Very good knowledge of local law (OSHA, SAPA)
• Accurate communication skill and professional attitude with ability multi-tasking and time management
