We are looking for a Records Management Quality Professional to join our team at the Records Management Centre in Novo Nordisk. The Position
As Quality Professional, you will become part of the Records Management Centre team with the responsibility of supporting the records management process at Novo Nordisk.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Advising stakeholders across the globe on how to work with records management for both paper and electronic documentation
  • Providing quality control in connection with the archival of records in the Central Archives
  • Assisting the company during inspections by retrieving requested records.

Your primary workplace will be at the Central Archive in Bagsværd, with some workdays at our site in Måløv.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information science, IT, history, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of archiving processes
  • Understanding of GXP and quality processes
  • Experience in structuring data and the use of databases
  • A systematic, analytical approach to finding simple solutions to complex problems
  • Full English proficiency
