If so, you may be our new colleague in IFP Hillerød AP technical support.

The position
As our new colleague, you will be acting as our FMS/BMS (Facility Monitoring System/ Building Management System) supporter. Alongside your colleagues, you will support the BMS/FMS work package and will be actively involved in setting up our new FMS system and troubleshooting to ensure a good performance of the system.


You will be involved in:

  • Supporting and carrying out the daily ops for the FMS system.
  • Completing weekly reports for QA.
  • Changes to and validation of the BMS system
  • Continuous improvement and systematic problem solving
  • Involved in audit and inspections.

You will be working cross functionally in this position working closely with our HVAC team and across the whole site. It is therefore important you have great communication skills with the ability to present in front of stakeholders.
You will be given the scope to offer your skills to optimise and improve processes whilst expanding your expertise within the newest facility within Novo Nordisk and working with state-of-the-art technology within the industry!

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s Degree or higher academic education background within electrical or mechanical engineering, marine engineering or similar.
  • Experience working with BMS in a GMP environment.
  • 3+ years of experience
  • You have worked with validation and are able to present validations.
  • Knowldege of HVAC is an advantage.
  • You have great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.

About the department
We are based in Hillerød, where your new colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you. We are proud to work in a newly established facility which are be supplying the market patients worldwide changing the lives for people living with diabetes and serious obisity.

Our department is ramping up production to serve even more patients, which makes this position perfect for a candidate eager to work with continues improvements and problem solving to secure a smooth start up of the facility. Our BMS system is based on Siemens Insights and we are currently in the process of changing from an older BMS/FMS system to a newer setup ensuring we are up to date. We are dedicated to delivering strong results driven by team members who are empowered to make their own decisions.

The team consists of 10 professionals. We share a relaxed tone and high ambitions, and we take pride in never compromising on quality or safety.
