The position

As Senior Product Responsible for medical devices, you will lead the requirement management for our marketed products. In this position you will be joining Novo Nordisk as we are at the initial phases of redefining how we do requirement management for our whole device portfolio. For this we have chosen the software tool ‘Modern Requirements’. We need you to help define the needs and features of the new software tool to make it reliable, useful and within compliance.

Your main tasks will include:

• Drive the development and implementation of the new tool together with a project manager.
• Collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in aligning these stakeholders across professional areas of expertise.
• Using your professional expertise to set direction and help improve processes.
• Train and support your colleagues in the system as a super-user.
• Ownership of the system as a process responsible.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you to have:

• A master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, natural science or a related field.
• Expertise within requirement management software, preferably Modern Requirements. If your expertise is with another requirements management software, it is preferred that you have experience with Azure DevOps.
• High level of relevant experience in drug devices/combination products and have a strong knowledge within Design Controls.
• Professional proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.

About the department

In the Device Development department, we are approximately 80 highly skilled curious professionals and specialists that share the responsibility of the marketed device designs and serves as the link between Device R&D and production. In Device Development, the main task is to maintain marketed products as well as develop new variants of existing product platforms. Our deliverables have direct impact on our ability to deliver to the market, on patient safety, and on compliance with the requirements of the authorities.

You will be part of a growing team of currently 6 colleagues who together share the ownership of a platform of single dose devices. Our department has a focus on serving the patients in the best way, but making sure that we have fun during the process. You will join a dynamic, international, and innovative environment, where highly skilled professionals work closely together to drive change.
