The Position

As a Diabetes Digital and MCE Representative at Novo Nordisk Israel, you will utilize hybrid communication channels that will increase our reach and engagement with untargeted Health Care Professional (HCP), executing the Business Unit (BU) strategies and leveraging our Diabetes products attributes and unique services.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Utilizing digital platforms and tools to engage with healthcare professionals and provide them with valuable information and resources.
  • Building strong relationships with Primary Care Physicians, Diabetologists and Endocrinologists and serve as a trusted partner in their diabetes management journey.
  • Utilizing both face-to-face interactions and digital platforms to ensure a comprehensive and versatile engagement strategy.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare technology.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Excellence (CE) and Clinical Development, Medical & Regulatory Affairs (CMR) to maximize the sales of Novo Nordisk products.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Medical degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Sales Representative in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • „Out of the box” thinking and willingness to explore, and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Understanding of diabetes management and the challenges faced by patients - advantage.
  • High performance in MCE usage – advantage.
  • Experience with General Practitioner (GPs) and Family Practition – advantage.

The Diabetes Sales department is located in Kfar Saba, Israel. With a team of dedicated professionals, we are focused on driving sales and promoting our diabetes products and solutions.
